Effective April 1, 2008 Dominion Terminal Associates will make the following changes in dockage fee charges: 

SHIPS:

·        The fee will be increased effective April 1, 2008 to $0.45 per GRT for the first 24 hours. For time after 24 hours, the charge will be at the same rate, but prorated for each hour or part thereof (i.e. $0.01875 per GRT per hour or part of an hour). 

·        Agents for ships shall deposit with DTA a check, drawn on a U.S. bank, in the amount of the 24 hour fee ($0.45 per GRT) prior to commencement of loading or discharging. In its sole discretion, DTA may accept a written guarantee of payment from the agent.

·        All other provisions for ships currently in effect remain in effect.

BARGES:

Effective April 1, 2008 barge dockage fees will be increased to $0.225 per GRT for the first 12 hours and $0.01875 per GRT per hour or part of an hour.
